2. What we collect, and why

Contact form — your name, email address and message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry (legal basis: taking steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe. We use it to send news about drops, restocks and pre-orders (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Technical logs — our hosting/CDN provider processes IP addresses and request metadata as strictly necessary to serve and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f)). This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. The map

The Google Map on this site loads only after you click "Show map". Until then, no request is sent to Google. If you activate it, Google processes your data under Google's privacy policy.

4. Who else sees your data

Messages and newsletter signups are delivered through our email service provider acting as our processor, and the site is served by our hosting/CDN provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else. Our online stores (TCGmania, PokeMANIA, ToysMANIA) are separate websites with their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request, and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent at any time. Write to contact@gamerzcenter.com — we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

7. No profiling

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from data collected on this site.

8. Children

This site does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
